Family sincerity of his world died Joni Malela (45) while attending the open house President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) at the Palace. The family did not demand this case be followed up.
"Families do not want to make a report and follow up. The family immediately brought to the Garut for burial," said Metro Chief of Police Sector Yossy Runtukahu Gambier Police Commissioner told AFP on Saturday (11/09/2010).
According to him, the family stated Joni died due to illness. "He's from morning to wait, exhausted. Nothing found signs of violence, not trampled. So we closed the case," said Yossy.
Joni died while queuing to meet Yudhoyono at the Palace. Previous Joni complain shortness of breath. Joni's family claimed to suffer high blood.
RSCM external examination results showed, was not found signs of violence, or even stepped on. Joni's family refused the bodies autopsied to determine cause of death.
